Jim’s Birdacious® Bark Butter® Bits are bite-sized nuggets made of rendered beef suet, soy oil, roasted peanuts, corn, oats and calcium carbonate. Bark Butter Bits allow you to easily offer Bark Butter in tray, seed tube and hopper feeders. Just add them to your feeder to attract a variety of birds, including many that do not normally visit feeders.

Just twist the 4-foot base pole into the ground using the convenient corkscrew auger. Next slide the Stabilizer onto the base pole and push into the ground (Tests show the stabilizer holds the pole straight in up to 35 MPH wind gusts). Add the extension pole and arms and top it with the decorative finial; then fill and hang your bird feeders.

The Dark-eyed Junco is predominately migratory; except for parts of the West and Northeast.
These birds will eat millet, sunflower chips, cracked corn, and Bark Butter® Bits.
They will nest on the ground or in bushes, and will not use a nest box.
The male and female plumage are similar, the female are paler. You will see no seasonal plumage changes. The juvenile plumage is similar to adult females.
