The site focuses on the customer point of view and what they want from the hobby. Visitors to the site can quickly and easily learn what bird food to offer to attract a specific bird and what bird feeder to offer it in. Fun facts about each bird give insight into their behaviors, almost giving them a personality. Customers can also shop online or visit a retail store location near them.
