Do They Migrate?

Cardinals and Pyrrhuloxia are non-migratory, year-round residents throughout their range.

What Foods Do They Eat?

Oil and striped sunflower, sunflower chips, safflower, cracked corn, Bark Butter®, Bark Butter Bits, suet dough, peanut pieces, fruits.

Where Do They Nest?

Nests in bushes and small trees. Will not use a nest box.

What Do They Look Like?

Male and female plumage are similar, the female are paler. No seasonal plumage changes. Juvenile plumage similar to adult females.
